The March debut "From Beak To Bone" by Slowmotion Livestream presented him as a master of supra-genre production sensibility. Six tracks of the EP travelled across the soundscapes of triphop, garage techno, Ninja Tune, electronica and IDM. But "From Beak To Bone" was only the first of a trilogy of EPs that reflect all aspects of the work of Matevž Kovačič.

On the second release called “Memory Collapses Time”, Slowmotion Livestream abides by his name and slows the pace. The rhythmic components soften and allow the atmosphere to lead the listener into timelessness. The result is one of the most refined and rewarding ambient albums from Slovenia and the surrounding areas.
