Četrti dolgometražni album producenta elektronike Blaža se imenuje "Are You A Player" in je njegov najbolj zrel izdelek doslej. V petih letih od izida njegove prejšnje plošče "Steven" si je Blaž nabral zvrhano mero izkušenj s skladanjem glasbe za gledališke predstave (za kar je leta 2021 prejel Borštnikovo nagrado) in igranjem klaviatur v rock zasedbi Lelee. Rezultat je kompaktna in suverena zbirka desetih pesmi, ki vsaka pripoveduje svojo zgodbo, vsaka zavije v svojo nepričakovano smer, pa vendar vsaka tudi nadgradi koncept, ki prežema ploščo. “Are You A Player” je himna ustvarjalcem vsakršnih koli umetnosti po vsem svetu, je oda vsem ljudem, ki izumljajo in širijo svoje ideje, in je tudi žgečkljiv hiphoperski poziv vsem ostalim producentom, naj tudi oni raziskujejo oddaljene zmožnosti elektronske glasbe. Na plošči gostijo tudi Damjan Manevski s kitaro (“Soup”) in Dekliški zbor Glasbene šole Koper (“Steam”).

Electronic producer Blaž's fourth full-length album is called "Are You A Player" and is his most mature work to date. In the five years since the release of his previous album "Steven", Blaž has accumulated a great deal of experience by composing music for theater performances (for which he received the Borštnik Award in 2021) and playing keyboards in the rock band Lelee. The result is a compact and gourmet collection of ten songs, each telling its own story, each taking its own unexpected turn, yet each building on the concept that pervades the record. "Are You A Player" is an anthem for creators of all arts around the world, an ode to all the people who invent and spread their ideas, and it's also a ticklish hip-hop appeal to all other producers to also explore the distant possibilities of electronic music. Guests on the album are Damjan Manevski with guitar ("Soup") and the Girls' Choir of the Koper Music School ("Steam").
